Sarah Boruta started their work experience as a Video Intern at Stanford University in 2008. Sarah was promoted twice within the marketing domain and ultimately became the Director of Women's Basketball Marketing and Video. During their time at Stanford, they implemented seasonal branding initiatives and created design elements and video footage for various media platforms.
In 2011, Sarah joined Liberty University as the Director of Operations for the women's basketball program. Sarah is responsible for budgeting, scheduling, coordinating team travel, and marketing and event planning. Sarah supervises a team of 35 women's basketball players and administrative employees.
At the same time, Sarah also worked as the Program Director for Lady Flames Basketball Camps, LLC. Sarah hired and supervised independent contractors for summer camp activities and successfully turned the camp into one of the best team camps in Virginia and surrounding states.
Overall, Sarah has demonstrated their expertise in operations, marketing, and event planning throughout their work experience at various universities.
Sarah Boruta holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Ferris State University, as well as an Associate's degree in Visual Design and Web Media from the same institution. Sarah also has a Master's degree in Sport Management - Intercollegiate Athletic Administration from PennWest California. Furthermore, they hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Liberty University.
