Alex Cardell has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Beginning in 2003, they worked at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as an HR MI Analyst and later as a Senior HR MI Project Manager, overseeing the implementation of HR management information systems. In 2008, they joined RBS Global Banking & Markets as a Business Analyst and later an Equities Business Manager, where they played a key role in introducing a new CRM tool and self-service reporting tool, among other projects. From 2012 to 2019, they served as the Head of Client Relationship Management at Redburn. In 2019, they joined Liberum as the Head of Client Strategy.

Alex Cardell completed their BA Hons in French & Business Studies at The University of Sheffield from 1996 to 2000. In addition, from 1998 to 1999, they pursued a Diplome Universitaire de Gestion et Commerce International at Université Montpellier II: Institut d’Administration des Entreprises.
