Charissa Risley

Charissa Risley has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Charissa worked as the Head of Recruitment at Liberum investment banking, where they were responsible for sourcing talent across all business areas. Prior to that, they founded Artfully Sorted, an art consultancy service that sourced unique works of art for homes and offices. Charissa also served as the Head of Business Development at New Financial LLP, a think tank and forum that advocates for the role of capital markets in driving growth and prosperity. Additionally, they worked as a Charity Fundraiser for High Tea & Fashion and as a Director in Pan European Equity Sales at CITIGROUP Global Markets. Charissa started their career as a Manager in Equity Sales at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein.

Charissa Risley has an MA Oxon in PPE from the University of Oxford, which they obtained from 1991 to 1994. Prior to that, they attended the International School of Duesseldorf from 1986 to 1991 and earned an IB degree with a focus on History, French, and Biology. Charissa also attended the International School of Kuala Lumpur from 1983 to 1986. In addition to their degrees, they have two additional certifications: the Financial Derivatives Module from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) and the Investment Management Certificate from the Institute of Investment Management & Research IIMR.
