Mat Allman

Mat Allman is the Head of Business Transformation Services at Libra Europe. Prior to this role, Mat held positions such as Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Senior Consultant, and Management Consultant within the company. Previously, Mat worked as an ICT Officer at the Local Government Data Unit in Wales. Mat graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from Swansea University in 2012.
