Jerry Faunt

As SVP of Engineering and Quality, Jerry’s responsibilities include all aspects of engineering and quality in support of Libra wide operations. Before joining Libra Industries, Jerry held various quality and operations executive and leadership positions for Commercial Vehicle Group; EnTrans, a private equity owned energy and transportation company; Alcoa Power and Propulsion; Hayes-Lemmerz; Tenneco; and General Motors. Jerry is a retired U.S. Army (Reserve) Colonel having served in special operations and has held command positions from the company through brigade and staff positions from battalion through combat command headquarters with multiple combat deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq. Jerry holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, a Master of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from Wayne State University, a Master of Science in Strategic Studies from the US Army War College, and is a graduate of the Michigan Business School Executive Education Program.

In his spare time, Jerry enjoys trim carpentry and collecting French Impressionist prints.
