Troy Boteilho has extensive work experience in quality and engineering roles. Troy is currently the VP of Quality and Engineering at Libra Industries since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Independent Consultant for various companies starting in September 2008. Their responsibilities included QMS system development, classroom training, and quality certification. Troy also updated ISO 13485:2016 Lead Auditor qualifications and helped companies transition to ISO 13485:2016, ISO 9001:2015, and AS9100D standards.

Before their consulting work, Troy held multiple roles at Celestica from September 2017 to July 2022. Troy also worked at GE Healthcare as a Site Quality Leader from November 2011 to December 2015. Troy was accountable for quality and regulatory compliance, managing audits, and negotiating medical device contracts.

Additionally, they have experience as a Quality Manager at Onboard Systems International, a Production Manager at Alpha-Tec Systems and Excelsior Packaging Group, a Quality Manager at Sandvik Medical Solutions, and a Quality/Safety Manager at BBA Fiberweb. Troy Boteilho obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Pacific University, where they studied from 1996 to 1997. Prior to that, they pursued a Minor degree in Math and Communications at Pacific University from 1990 to 1994.
