Luke Jajliardo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology strategies, data solutions, and analytics within the insurance industry. Currently serving as the Director of Technology Strategies and Data Solutions at LIBRA Insurance Partners since August 2021, Luke previously held various analytical roles at Symetra and Lincoln Financial Distributors. With a solid background in data analysis, customer service, and project management, Luke has successfully led teams, developed training programs, and implemented process improvements throughout their career. Luke's educational credentials include a Master's degree in Public History and a Bachelor’s degree in History Teacher Education from Central Connecticut State University.
