Rosanna Mortoglou currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Libra Philanthropies, which was established in 2023 to advance social responsibility initiatives from the Libra Group. Prior to this role, Rosanna held multiple positions at Libra Group, including Chief Representative in Greece and Head of the Office of the Chairman and CEO from June 2015 to September 2023. Additionally, Rosanna co-founded FPower, a non-profit organization aimed at empowering women in leadership across various sectors in Greece. Earlier experience includes roles as an HR Intern at The Libra Group and a Commercial Service Intern at the U.S. Embassy in Athens. Rosanna Mortoglou holds a BSc (Hons) in International Business & European Affairs from The American College of Greece and completed executive education in Venture Capital at Columbia Business School, alongside a degree in Dance Teaching from the Greek National Opera's Professional Dance School.
