Philippe Greenberg

Phil Greenberg has extensive experience in the legal and financial industries. Phil (Philippe) currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer and EVP Corporate Development at Libra Solutions, a leading platform for litigation finance solutions. Phil has been with Libra Solutions since 2016 and is responsible for enhancing critical workflows and providing access to capital for plaintiffs, attorneys, and medical providers.

Before joining Libra Solutions, Phil co-founded and served as CEO of Coast to Coast Legal Funding LLC from 2009 to 2016. In this role, they played a key role in the company's success and growth.

Prior to that, Phil was the Director of Credit Union Lending at NJ Lenders Corp from 2005 to 2009. Phil (Philippe) developed and implemented a platform that enabled credit unions to provide mortgage services to their clients, creating a profitable new vertical within the company.

Earlier in their career, Phil worked as an associate at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP from 2002 to 2004, representing clients in various corporate and finance-related transactions. Phil (Philippe) also worked as an associate at Siller Wilk LLP (now Wilk Auslander) from 1999 to 2002, working on M&A and corporate finance transactions.

Additionally, Phil gained experience at Citi as a Summer Associate in Asset Management & Compliance in 1998 and co-founded Serving Elegance in 1992.

Phil Greenberg attended Stony Brook University from 1990 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Biology. Phil (Philippe) then pursued further education at Quinnipiac University School of Law from 1996 to 1997, focusing on Legal Studies. Phil (Philippe) later attended Brooklyn Law School from 1997 to 1999, earning a Juris Doctor degree.
