Amanda Wallach

Amanda Wallach is a Congressional Relations Specialist at the Library of Congress since December 2024, previously serving as Senior Manager for Special Events and Advocacy at the Prevent Cancer Foundation from November 2018 to November 2024. Amanda has extensive experience in event management, advocacy, and educational programming, with roles including Special Events Manager and Programs Assistant at National History Day, where responsibilities involved organizing national contests and leading professional development workshops. Earlier experience includes internships at the Newseum and the Philadelphia Museum of Art, focusing on education and visitor engagement. Amanda holds a Master's degree in Museum Studies from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in US History and Art History from the University of Maryland, complemented by a study abroad program at London Metropolitan University.
