Blane Dessy

Blane Dessy serves as the Executive Director of FLICC/FEDLINK at the Library of Congress, contributing extensive leadership skills to the management of library programs. In addition to this role, Blane Dessy has been an Adjunct Instructor at The Catholic University of America since 2008, imparting knowledge in the field of library science. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Library Staff at the U.S. Department of Justice from 2000 to 2010. Blane Dessy holds a Master’s Degree in Library Science with a specialization in Communications from the University of Pittsburgh, earned between 1975 and 1976.
