Brian Foo

Brian Foo is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in innovation and digital experience roles. Currently serving as a Senior Innovation Technologist at the Library of Congress since November 2022, Brian previously held positions at the same institution as a Digital Experience Expert and Innovator In Residence. A Data Visualization Artist at the American Museum of Natural History from April 2017 to January 2022, and a Developer and Designer at The New York Public Library from September 2012 to April 2017, Brian possesses a strong background in web development, starting with a role at Columbia University. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Visual Studies from Columbia Engineering, completed in 2008.
