Jennifer Pham

Jennifer Pham serves as a Program Analyst in Internal Controls and Risk Management at the Library of Congress since October 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Management and Program Analyst at the D.C. Office of the Inspector General and as a Program Analyst with Walton-Thomas International. Jennifer's background also encompasses legal internships and clerkships with various organizations, including the Office of the General Counsel at AFGE and Human Rights Commission of the City of Jacksonville. Jennifer Pham earned a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School and a Doctor of Law from Florida Coastal School of Law, along with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Florida.
