Joseph Masher

Joseph Masher is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader currently serving as the Owner and CEO of Scene One Entertainment, LLC since August 2023, overseeing the operation of movie theaters and entertainment centers under the “BTM Cinemas” and “Scene One Cinemas” brands. In addition, Joseph holds the position of Owner and CEO at Huck Finn’s Playland, a family amusement park set to reopen for its 73rd season in May 2024. Joseph's extensive involvement in the film and theater industry is reflected in roles such as Board Member of the National Film Preservation Board at the Library of Congress and various positions within the National Association of Theatre Owners, including Treasurer and Executive Board member. As President of the National Association of Theater Owners of NY State since 2013, Joseph has consistently contributed to the industry, alongside previous leadership as President of the Theatre Historical Society of America. Joseph also owned and operated Duke's Records, an online vinyl record store, from 2011 to 2023, highlighting a commitment to preserving cultural interests. Joseph Masher holds a degree from the University at Albany, graduating in 1990.
