Kristen Davis currently serves as the Chief of User Experience Design at the Library of Congress since September 2023. Previously, Kristen held the position of User Experience Program Manager at the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services from March 2020 to September 2023. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with a minor in Information Technology and a Master of Science in Human Factor in Information Design, both from Bentley University.
