Kristen Davis

Kristen Davis currently serves as the Chief of User Experience Design at the Library of Congress since September 2023. Previously, Kristen held the position of User Experience Program Manager at the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services from March 2020 to September 2023. Prior to that, Kristen was the Director of User Experience at Asymmetrik from February 2017 to March 2020 and a Senior Associate in User Experience at Medullan, Inc. from November 2015 to January 2017. Kristen's career also includes experience as a Senior User Experience Specialist at UserWorks, Inc., an Interface Designer/Human Factors Specialist at Lockheed Martin IT for the Social Security Administration, a Human Factors Website Design Consultant at Paul Brown Hawaii, and a Human Factors Specialist & Business Development Director at Communications Design Associates, Inc. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with a minor in Information Technology and a Master of Science in Human Factor in Information Design, both from Bentley University.
