Diane Dou

Diane Dou, ICD.D, MBA, currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Libro Credit Union, where efforts focus on realizing corporate visions for communities, local businesses, families, and employees through innovative business strategies and operations. Diane Dou has held significant leadership roles in various organizations, including Chair of the Audit Finance Committee at The Terry Fox Foundation, Chief Experience Officer at BlueShore Financial, and Senior Advisor and Managing Director at EY for Financial Services in Western Canada. Additionally, Diane Dou has served as Interim President and CEO of Prospera Credit Union, where leadership was crucial during its merger with Westminster Savings Credit Union. Diane Dou’s extensive experience also includes positions at HSBC, where several roles emphasized business performance and strategy. Diane Dou holds an MBA in Global Asset and Wealth Management from Simon Fraser University and the ICD.D designation from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.
