Prior to this, John held leadership roles in business support and regional agriculture management. Their early career involved research in soybean varieties at Pioneer Hi-Bred International, showcasing their dedication to the agricultural industry. John is a graduate of the University of Guelph and the Advanced Agricultural Leadership Program.
