Erika Shaw is a Process Development Engineer at LiCAP Technologies, Inc. since October 2018, focusing on research and development of novel lithium ion battery and ultra-capacitor technology. Responsibilities include dry electrode formulation, electrode evaluation, database management, and development of active materials for customer projects. Prior experience includes serving as a Quality Control Chemist at Bio-Nutraceuticals, Inc., where quality assurance for raw materials and finished goods was performed in a cGMP compliant facility. Additionally, Erika worked at Computer Lab Management in various roles, including Hardware Support and Computer Room Consultant, recognized for exceptional service and training. An internship at IVD Research Inc. involved preparation for ELISA type antigen test kits. Erika holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Davis, awarded in 2017.
