Sungpil Hwang

Sungpil Hwang is an Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship at 한양대학교 and also serves as Intellectual Property Counsel at the Seoul Metropolitan Government. As Managing Partner at E.M.Hwang & Partners, Sungpil provides legal services. Additionally, Sungpil is a Co-Chair of the Organising Committee at Licensing Executives Society International and a NetKAL Fellow at USC Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work. With a background in law, business administration, and engineering, Sungpil plays key roles in various legal, educational, and leadership capacities.
