Charles Dion-Dean has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Charles began their career as a Pack Leader at Wiggly Tails Day Care for Dogs, where they were responsible for managing the care of up to 140 dogs a day and ensuring the completion of daily tasks. Charles then joined Tesco as a Customer Service Representative, where they excelled in providing excellent customer service and managing the demands of a fast-paced environment. Charles further developed their skills at Domino Printing, where they worked as a Technical Apprentice and gained valuable office skills and experience in product maintenance and customer tours. Charles then joined THAY Medical Ltd as a Summer Placement, where they enhanced their research skills and worked effectively in a small team. Most recently, Charles worked at B&Q as a Customer Assistant Decorating, where they communicated with customers and ensured excellent customer service and complaint management. Charles is currently a Junior Product Manager at Lick, where they continue to expand their knowledge and skills in product management.
