Becky Thomas

Becky (Stalter) Thomas, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse range of work experience in various HR roles. Becky worked at Licking Memorial Health Systems from 2017 to the present, starting as an HRIS Specialist and later becoming a Compensation & Benefits Manager before assuming their current role as Director of Compensation & Benefits. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Behavioral Healthcare Partners of Central Ohio, Inc. from 2014 to 2017. From 2008 to 2014, they worked at Information Control Corporation as a Human Resources Manager, overseeing various HR functions and collaborating with the executive team on benefits plans. Before that, they were a Human Resources Representative at the same company, responsible for benefits administration and immigration policies. Becky began their career as an Admissions Counselor at Ohio Northern University, where they had recruitment responsibilities and coordinated staff development activities.

Becky (Stalter) Thomas, PHR, SHRM-CP holds a Masters of Science in Education and Allied Professions with a concentration in Community Counseling from the University of Dayton, completed between 2006 and 2009. Becky also obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration from Ohio Northern University, earning their degree between 1998 and 2002. Becky also possesses certifications in PHR from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and SHRM-CP from SHRM.
