Otto Licks is a seasoned attorney with nearly 30 years of expertise in intellectual property, patent law, life sciences, and information technology. Currently a partner at Licks Attorneys since October 2011, Otto Licks specializes in trial and appellate litigation, providing legal counsel to clients in the telecommunications, life sciences, medical devices, and IT sectors. Prior experience includes serving as an attorney at law with Momsen, Leonardos & Cia., focusing on patents, copyright, trademark rights, and regulatory data protection, among other areas. Otto Licks has also held positions at the Organization of American States and worked as a consultant for PNUD, where efforts concentrated on international intellectual property negotiations. Otto Licks holds multiple law degrees from prestigious institutions, including an LL.M. in International Law and Intellectual Property from The George Washington University Law School.
