Elia Hernandez Reyes is an accomplished sports events professional with extensive experience in planning, production, and management of both physical and virtual sports events. Currently serving as Directora operativa en Licuadora Sports since March 2020, Elia has successfully created concepts, developed brand identities, and trained collaborators. As a co-founder and Race Director at Cross Challenge since March 2013, Elia led the first Mexican trail-run race with obstacles, demonstrating strong skills in market research, website design, and sponsorship coordination. Previous roles include marketing management at Grupo Martí, as well as event logistics coordination with Ponce de Léon Expediciones and Asdeporte. Elia holds multiple qualifications in Sports Administration and Marketing, including a Business Analytics certificate from the University of Cambridge and a diploma in Sports Marketing from Universidad del Valle de México.
