Johanna Jones has a significant amount of experience in the food and drink industry, primarily focusing on quality and food safety. Johanna started their career at Rudolph Foods in 2009 as a Corporate QA Coordinator and progressed to roles such as SQF Manager and Food Safety and Quality Systems Manager. Johanna then joined LiDestri Food and Drink in 2022 as the Director of Quality and later became the Senior Director of Quality and Food Safety in 2023. Prior to that, Johanna worked at Rudolph Foods again, where they held positions such as Corporate Food Safety and Sanitation Manager and Director of Food Safety.

Johanna Jones holds a Bachelor's degree in European languages and business from Excelsior University. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including SQF Lead Auditor Training, PCQI (Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance), Management Development for the Food Safety/Sanitation Professional (AIB International, Inc), Advanced HACCP (HACCP International), and SQF Practitioner (SQF Institute).
