Alessia dal Cerro

Alessia Dal Cerro has over a decade of experience in recruitment and project management, currently serving as the Recruiter Head Quarter & Project Manager for Recruiting Italia in the areas of Acquisti e Logistica at Lidl Italia since October 2013. Alessia's responsibilities include personnel selection for purchasing and logistics, implementing a national graduate program for recent graduates, organizing and managing assessment centers, and participating in university Career Days. Prior experience includes an internship at Gi Group, where screening CVs and conducting preliminary interviews were key tasks, as well as document management and payroll support. Alessia also completed a curricular internship at Cooperativa Promozione Lavoro and holds a degree in Scienze della Formazione nelle Organizzazioni from Università degli Studi di Verona, obtained in 2012.
