Heidi Finlay

Heidi Finlay is currently the Sales Operations Manager at Lidl Northern Ireland, overseeing a five-store district since January 2014. Key responsibilities include managing KPIs related to turnover, productivity, wastage, inventory loss, and customer service, as well as leading a team of five store managers and thirteen deputy store managers. Prior to Lidl, Finlay worked as a Business Development Manager at Henderson Wholesale Limited from 2009 to 2013, building relationships with independent SPAR retail partners.
