Metka Silar Sturm

Metka Silar Sturm currently serves as the Head of Corporate Affairs at Lidl Slovenija since October 2023. Prior to this role, Metka held the position of Head of Communications at Cosylab from December 2021 to October 2023. Metka's extensive experience in corporate communications includes significant roles at NiceLabel as Corporate Communications Manager and EMEA Marketing Communications Manager from October 2013 to August 2021, and as Head of Corporate Communications at IEDC - Bled School of Management from June 2003 to May 2012. Earlier in the career, Metka worked as Marketing Communications & PR Director at Color (Sava Group) and as a Corporate Communications Associate at Sava Group. Metka holds an Executive MBA from IEDC - Bled School of Management, a General Management Program certification from Mediterranean Institute of Management, and a BA in Economics/Business with a focus on Marketing from the University of Ljubljana, School of Economics and Business.
