Catarina Karlsson has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Executive and Head of Employee Lifecycle at Lidl Sverige since January 2015, with responsibilities including attraction, recruitment, and development within HR and collaboration with the parent company in Germany. Prior to this role, Catarina was Teamchef Learning & Development, overseeing leadership development, employee engagement, and talent management processes. Catarina also contributed to Botkyrka kommun as HR Developer/Strateg, where strategic HR processes were implemented, and served as HR Generalist, managing HR operations for approximately 400 employees. Earlier experience includes serving as Regional Manager and Area Manager at Hemfrid AB, responsible for leading workforce management for around 300 employees, and a brief role as HR Administrator at Vattenfall. Catarina holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Umeå University and participated in programs at La Trobe University.
