Umanshi Arora

Umanshi Arora is a seasoned Career Coach at LIDO since June 2020, where responsibilities include collaborating with executive management to develop and facilitate a comprehensive leadership training course and establishing a culture of continuous improvement through an employee growth strategy. Previously, Umanshi worked as an Education Professional at Vedantu from May 2018 to May 2020, focusing on developing and facilitating train-the-trainer sessions and conducting training needs analyses across multiple sites. Umanshi holds a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree from the University of Hyderabad.
