Dr. Lisa Fournier

Dr. Lisa Fournier is a seasoned professional specializing in career development, education, and community impact, currently serving as a Career & Leadership Development Coach at St. Cloud State University since August 2022. With extensive experience as a Community Educator for the Alzheimer's Association® and as a mentor for numerous community organizations, Dr. Fournier plays a pivotal role in fostering entrepreneurship and innovation. Academic contributions include teaching positions at Southern Illinois University and Virginia Tech, where entrepreneurship and leadership were key focus areas. Dr. Fournier also launched MBA programs in Social Entrepreneurship and Non-Profit Management at Lenoir-Rhyne University and has been involved in dementia-friendly community initiatives in Southwest Indiana. As a co-founder and former COO of a healthcare informatics company and founder of the Norfolk Fair Trade Company, Dr. Fournier combines practical business experience with a strong educational background, holding multiple degrees, including a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership.
