Chris Schill

Chris Schill is a seasoned technical lead at LIDP Consulting Services, Inc. since March 2013, having spearheaded the transition from a legacy Cobol system to a new Java-based system. Chris's roles have included serving as a 401K trustee, where responsibilities encompassed legal documentation preparation and retirement savings guidance. As a consultant, Chris contributed to the development of a web-based UI using REST, Angular, and Spring Boot while also providing expertise in project tracking tools like Jira and Git. Previous experiences include leading vendor implementations, conducting technical training, and re-engineering a life insurance policy administration system from COBOL to Java. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Technology from Illinois State University.
