Shizhong Han has held a variety of roles in the medical field since 2009. shizhong began their career as an Associate Research Scientist at Yale School of Medicine in 2009. In 2012, they moved to the University of Iowa, where they served as an Assistant Professor and then an Associate Professor until 2017. shizhong then moved to Johns Hopkins Medicine, where they held the role of Associate Professor until 2020. Since then, they have been a Lead Investigator at the Lieber Institute for Brain Development.
Shizhong Han has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Human Genetics from Fudan University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biochemistry from Yantai University.
