Jake McIlroy is a seasoned professional in the field of engineering and business development, currently serving as a Business Development Manager for Repower at Liebherr-Australia since March 2022. Jake's experience includes key positions at Rio Tinto from April 2012 to January 2019, working as a Rebuild Supervisor and Diesel Fitter in the Rebuild Crew, where responsibilities included conducting major repairs on heavy mining equipment and implementing engineering upgrades. Earlier in Jake's career, a Vehicle Mechanic Specialist role with the Australian Defence Force involved maintaining the ASLAV fleet during operations both domestically and internationally from February 2006 to April 2012.
