Sandra Zinkevičiūtė - Jeglinskė

Sandra Zinkevičiūtė - Jeglinskė serves as an Advisor to the Architecture and Innovation Policy Group at the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Lithuania since April 2023 and is the Lithuania ESPON contact point facilitating knowledge dissemination in research and spatial planning. Previously, Sandra held the position of Chief Officer at the Department of Cultural Heritage under the Ministry of Culture from June 2020 to April 2023 and worked as Assistant to the Vice-Minister and Chancellor at the Ministry of Environment from April 2019 to June 2020, overseeing meeting preparations and materials. Sandra's architectural experience includes project management roles at Indema and ENERO, focusing on residential and heritage building projects, as well as teaching positions at Lithuanian children's schools in Sydney and Warsaw. Sandra holds a Master of Architecture from Kaunas University of Technology and has completed architecture studies through an Erasmus exchange program in Lisbon.
