Before joining Lantmännen Unibake, Jelena worked at airBaltic from December 2016 to December 2018. During their time there, they served as a Revenue Management Performance Analyst/Ancillary Revenue Manager. Jelena'sresponsibilities included data analysis, KPI development, report building, and insight mining. Jelena also collaborated with various departments on ancillary business development, such as product development, pricing strategy, promotion planning, and budgeting.
Jelena's earlier experience includes working at AS Hanzas Maiznicas from May 2013 to December 2016. Jelena held the position of Sales Analyst (Commercial Controller) and was responsible for providing support to the commercial organization through standard reporting, ad-hoc analysis, and business case calculations. Jelena also played a role in the demand planning process, participated in business intelligence (BI) development, and contributed to the introduction and testing of new tools.
Before joining AS Hanzas Maiznicas, Jelena worked at Saatchi & Saatchi from June 1998 to September 2005. Jelena held various positions within the company, including Account Director, Account Manager, and Account Executive.

Jelena Hodrea pursued their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Rīgas Ekonomikas augstskola - Stockholm School of Economics in Riga from 1996 to 1998. Following this, they moved on to study Sociology and obtained a Master of Arts degree from Central European University during the period of 2000 to 2001.
