Mette Stubkjaer Christensen ACE-CHC has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2017, they served as the Head of Production for DÉVIER, where they managed the office in Shanghai and developed the brand's production strategy. From 2013 to 2018, they held multiple positions at Samsøe & Samsøe, including Project Manager for Sustainability & Product, where they led projects focused on research and eco-friendly processes. Mette Stubkjaer also served as the Office Manager and Production Manager at Samsøe & Samsøe Shanghai, overseeing daily administration and sourcing new mills and factories. Christensen worked as the Head of Sustainability at DÉVIER STUDIOS (a part of Samsøe & Samsøe Wholesale Aps) from 2018 to 2019. Mette Stubkjaer then joined Esquel Group as the Senior Manager of Merchandising, responsible for achieving high hit rates on merchandising development proposals. In 2019, they also worked as a Consultant for the Fashion Industry. Christensen had freelance roles as a Les Mills Instructor for Fitness First UK and Virgin Active, teaching fitness classes and serving as an Advanced Instructor and Les Mills Tribe Coach. Mette Stubkjaer founded HONOR & SUSTAIN in 2021, a company with a people-first approach to Health & Wellness Coaching. Currently, they hold the position of Compliance Manager at LIEWOOD.

Mette Stubkjaer Christensen ACE-CHC has a diverse education history. In 2002, they completed their studies at Herning Handelsgymnasium, earning The Higher Commercial Examination degree in Business Economy, Communication & Marketing. Following this, from 2005 to 2007, they attended TEKO Center Danmark, specializing in Purchasing Management- fashion and receiving an AP degree.

In 2017, Mette enrolled at Harvard Extension School and pursued Graduate Certificate studies in Organizational Behavior Studies, which they completed in 2018. During the same year, they also participated in a program called "Fashion and Sustainability: Understanding Luxury Fashion in a Changing World" at the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London. Additionally, in 2018, Mette engaged in 100 Design Projects at the University of the Arts London.

In 2020, they furthered their education by immersing herself in Food & Nutrition in Health & Wellbeing at Harvard Extension School. Mette acquired additional certifications over the years, including Health & Wellness Coach from the American Council on Exercise (ACE Fitness) in August 2021, Group Fitness Management from Les Mills International in January 2021, LES MILLS Tribe Coach from Les Mills UK (LMUK) in January 2020, and LES MILLS CXWORX, RPM, and Body Pump Instructor Certificates from Les Mills International in 2019 and 2018 respectively. Mette Stubkjaer also obtained a Fashion & Sustainability certificate from the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London in March 2018.

Furthermore, in 2016, Mette achieved fluency in English with a proficiency level of 82% according to the Duolingo English Fluency test.
