Donny Vanker

Donny Vanker is the current CEO at Life Action Ministries. Prior to this, they were with BARWIS Companies from January 2016 to June 2020 where they held various positions such as Chief of Staff, Director of Strategic Partnerships and Business Development, and Director of Injury Recovery and Wellness.

At BARWIS, Vanker was responsible for overseeing the management and coordination of all 37 BARWIS affiliated entities. This included creating the architecture of corporate governance, interaction and infrastructure; managing and expanding domestic and international brand, vendor, and investor partnerships; and creating and implementing all intracompany policy related to legal and regulatory compliance for all companies. Donny also oversaw all licensing, services, lease, and employment contracts as well as company Operating Agreements, management contracts, and distribution agreements.

Some notable accomplishments during their time at BARWIS include facilitating a multi-million dollar merger and recapitalization with multiple PE firms containing 12+ BARWIS entities; coordinating all legal contracts, company valuations and financial transactions; creating structure and relationships for international expansion of BARWIS brand including services and products to eastern Europe; and successfully launching the first BARWIS Physical Therapy clinic in Florida, acquired all appropriate state-licensing and established HIPAA compliant policies and procedures for all staff.

Donny Vanker received a B.A. in Donny'story from Wheaton College and then attended Jerusalem University College. Donny received a Masters of Divinity from Western Seminary with a focus in process.
