Cynthia Lama

Cynthia Lama has a diverse work experience in the field of product design. Cynthia started their career as a Design Intern at El Creative, Inc. in 2017. In 2018, Cynthia joined Match as a Product Designer and worked their way up to become the Director of Product Design in 2023. Prior to becoming a Director, they held the positions of Product Design Team Lead and Senior Product Designer at Match. Their experience spans from 2018 to the present.

Cynthia Lama obtained their Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Design and Visual Communications, General from The University of Texas at Arlington. Cynthia attended the university from 2013 to 2017.
