Tara Moore

Tara Moore, MSW, CCM, is a dedicated advocate for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. They have served as the President of the Board of Directors for the North Carolina Down Syndrome Alliance and currently manage programs at LIFE BASED CONCEPTIONS, LLC. Previously, Tara held various roles, including I/DD Care Navigator and Social Worker, where they supported individuals with I/DD in obtaining critical services. Tara earned a Bachelor's of Social Work from Appalachian State University and a Master of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
