Alicia Vivanco

Alicia Vivanco has been working in the corporate world since 2012. Alicia started their career at 3M as a Practicante de Ingeniería. In 2013, they joined IBM and held various roles such as Strategic Sales Focal Parts SSA, IBM Planning Colombia, IBM Planning Ecuador y Uruguay and Practicante IBM Planning. In 2018, they became the CEO of Fitness Pass, where they were responsible for the most flexible fitness membership and achieved over 50K reservations and 400 boutique training centers. Currently, Alicia is the Co-founder & CEO of Holos.

Alicia Vivanco attended Latitud in an unknown year, obtaining the LF5 degree. Alicia then attended Universidad de Lima from 2008 to 2013, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Ingeniería industrial. In 2015, they obtained a Certified Industrial Engineer degree from Universidad de Lima and an Executive Education in Advanced Negotiation and Conflict Management degree from CENTRUM PUCP. Alicia also obtained an Executive Education in Business Administration degree from CENTRUM PUCP in 2016. In 2011 and 2012, they attended Universidad de Salamanca. In 2018, they obtained a Personal Marketing degree from Universidad del Pacífico (PE). In 2019, they attended Institute for Integrative Nutrition and in September 2020, they obtained the Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC) certification from the same institution.
