Dana Ray serves as the Medical Director at Crossing Recovery Center since October 2019 and holds the position of Physician Coach at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business since August 2022. In January 2023, Dana Ray began serving as Executive Pastor at Life Changers Church. Previously, Dana was the Chief Medical Officer at Crossing Healthcare from July 2006 to December 2022, overseeing medical care for underserved populations, and also provided family medicine services. Dana Ray contributed as a Subject Matter Expert at Rush Medical College from October 2020 to June 2022, assisting in the training of medical providers for opioid use disorder treatment. Additionally, Dana Ray served as a City Council Member in Decatur from May 2009 to April 2019. Dana Ray earned an M.D. from SIU School of Medicine, completed a Community Health Center Executive Fellowship at the University of Kansas Medical Center, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Illinois State University.
