Courtney Lain

Courtney Lain currently serves as Community Pastor and Associate LifeGroups LifeMissions Pastor at Life.Church, where responsibilities include developing and equipping LifeGroup leaders and global volunteer teams, as well as fostering community and spiritual growth within a large online ministry. Prior experience at Life.Church also includes a Finance Intern role, focusing on onboarding and training small group leaders globally. Additional experience includes an Investor Services Intern position at TD Ameritrade, where skills in problem-solving and client engagement were honed, as well as various hostess roles at Brio Tuscan Grill and Cantina 1511, highlighting strong multitasking and customer service skills. Courtney holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of North Texas.
