Grace Swindell

Grace Swindell has a comprehensive background in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Life.Church since May 2019. In this role, Grace has developed and implemented talent acquisition strategies, led employment branding initiatives, and enhanced training programs to improve engagement and retention. Previous positions include Recruitment Manager and Recruitment Project Leader, where responsibilities encompassed creating training resources for hiring leaders and managing recruitment initiatives. Earlier experience includes Human Resources roles at SSI Technologies and a variety of leadership positions during academic tenure at Winona State University. Grace holds a degree in Business Administration and Human Resources from Winona State University.
