Tony Doland

Tony Doland is an experienced pastor and entrepreneur with a strong background in youth ministry and community engagement. Currently serving as a Pastor at Life.Church since May 2015, Tony has previously held roles as a Sole Proprietor at TonyDoland.com LLC, where a bootstrapped business in the anti-bullying community achieved national recognition and a 500% sales increase from 2011 to the present. Prior positions include Student/College Pastor at First Baptist Church Snyder, where membership grew by 25% and training for group leaders increased by 50%, as well as Student Pastor at Fellowship of Joy, where youth attendance surged by 300% in under a year. Tony holds a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies from Criswell College.
