Sarah Milanowski, L.M.S.W., is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in senior care and social work. Currently serving as the Manager of Enrollment & Marketing at LifeCircles PACE since July 2016, Sarah leads a team dedicated to assisting frail older adults and enhancing program enrollment strategies. Prior roles include Marketing Communications Specialist and Intake & Outreach Coordinator, demonstrating a commitment to community outreach and client support. Sarah's previous experience includes managing assisted living services at Porter Hills Retirement Communities & Services and roles at PACE of Southwest Michigan and the University of Michigan Health System, among others. With a Master of Social Work in Aging and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sarah has a robust foundation in both clinical assessment and community engagement.
