Jessica Freckleton

Jessica Freckleton is an accomplished Compliance, Risk and Legal Officer at Life Cycle Investment Partners since July 2025, with a robust background in legal and compliance advisory roles across various esteemed firms. Previously, Jessica served as the Director of Compliance Advisory at COMPLY from November 2023 to July 2025, delivering regulatory guidance to the alternative investment and asset management sectors in London. Prior to that, Jessica was the Deputy Compliance Officer and Legal Counsel at Melqart Asset Management (UK) Ltd, overseeing compliance and regulatory affairs in the UK from September 2017 to November 2023. Earlier experiences include legal roles at Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank, specializing in Prime Brokerage, and corporate legal practice at HCB Solicitors. Jessica holds a Diploma in Investment Compliance from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment, a GDL and LPC (LLB Hons 2.1) from The University of Law, and a BA Hons 2.1 in Economics and History from the University of Leeds.
