Deanne Lugton

Deanne Lugton has extensive experience in human resources and compliance management, currently serving as the Human Resource and Compliance Manager at Life Education Queensland since December 2018. Prior to this role, Deanne worked as a Principal Consultant at LeadCI, providing consultancy services on HR effectiveness and compliance. Deanne has a robust background, having been the Group Human Resources Manager at HTG Solutions, where responsibilities spanned various HR functions across different organizations, including Marriott International and Riviera Marine. Deanne holds a Bachelor of Hotel Management with a focus on Human Resource Management, a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessing, and is a member of the Australian Human Resource Institute (AHRI).
