Paula Bourne

Paula Bourne is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and management within the healthcare industry. Currently serving as the Senior Regional Director of Operations at Life Enriching Communities since February 2022 and as Regional Director of Operations at Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC since July 2017, Paula has a proven track record of leading organizations and enhancing operational efficiency. Prior experience includes consultancy roles from April 2013 to July 2017, where Paula worked with small to mid-sized organizations on strategic marketing and operational initiatives, and held executive positions at Provider Services/Tridia Hospice Division, where Paula developed the hospice division and achieved Joint Commission certification. Additional roles include Executive Director at Highbanks Care Center and Community Education Representative at Odyssey Healthcare. Educational qualifications include a Master’s of Science in Management from Mt. Vernon Nazarene University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Cincinnati.
