Sharon Menke

Sharon Menke has a wealth of experience in marketing and communications roles spanning over 35 years. Sharon is currently working as the Senior Director of Marketing and Public Relations at Life Enriching Communities. Prior to this, they served as the Digital Marketing Specialist at the same company. Before joining Life Enriching Communities, Sharon worked as the Communications Manager at Cincinnati Area Senior Services where they designed and launched the company website, generated content for digital and print communications, and created marketing collateral. Sharon also worked as a Marketing Assistant at Volunteers of America, where they worked with the Development Office to communicate company goals, generated content for press releases and newsletters, and designed and wrote brochures. Sharon's experience also includes being a Grant Manager Consultant at Deaconess Hospital, a Marketing Manager at TriHealth SeniorLink, a Sales Associate at Llanfair Retirement Community (now Ohio Living), and a Manager of Home Care Kentucky at United Home Care. Additionally, they held roles such as Branch Manager and Director of Marketing at Medical Personnel Pool, and Personnel Coordinator at Personnel Pool. Sharon began their career as a Training and Employment Specialist at the Richmond Cerebral Palsy Center. Throughout their career, Sharon has demonstrated their ability to create effective marketing strategies, generate content, manage communication efforts, and drive sales growth.

Sharon Menke obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Rehabilitative Services from Virginia Commonwealth University, graduating between the years 1982 to 1986. In 2017, they also acquired a certification in Inbound from HubSpot.
