Chris Picknell

Chris Picknell has extensive experience in sales and business development roles in the healthcare industry. Chris started their career as a Territory Sales Representative at Pfizer in 1988. Chris then worked at Bayer Healthcare in various roles, including District Manager, Sales Training Manager, Sales Operations Manager, and Hospital Account Specialist. Chris achieved multiple President's Club Awards during their time at Bayer Healthcare. After that, they worked at Biovail Pharmaceuticals as a Regional Director, leading the build-out of the Southeast Region. Chris then moved to Abbott, where they served as a Regional Manager, leading specialty teams in the Southeast US. At KV Pharmaceutical, they led a specialty team responsible for driving significant sales growth and market penetration. Chris achieved the top ranking within the first year. Chris then joined Teva Pharmaceuticals as a Senior Regional Manager and successfully achieved significant sales growth in the Southeast US. At Allergan, they served as a Senior Divisional Manager, leading specialty sales teams and overseeing the successful launch of new products and devices. Chris also led contract negotiations and developed pull-through sales and marketing plans. Most recently, Chris worked at Physicians Lab Inc. as the Director of Sales and Business Development, where they built and led the commercial sales and marketing strategy. Chris is currently the Director of Sales at Life Extension, responsible for developing and leading the sales and key account team strategy. Chris works in cross-functional teams and collaborates with various departments to improve market penetration and increase sales.

Chris Picknell's education history includes completing a Bachelor of Science degree in Dual Major: Human Health Sciences & Business Administration from The University of Toledo. In addition, they have undertaken Executive Education in Organizational Leadership from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
